Location: Across Hyderabad Experience: Minimum 2 years or above in Field Recruiting, Field Sales, or Field Marketing Type: Full-Time | Onsite / Field-Based Industry: Logistics / Last-Mile Delivery / Franchise Development We are seeking a dynamic and driven Field Recruiter to join our growing team. The primary responsibility will be to recruit and onboard delivery partners and franchisees in assigned territories. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in field recruitment, on-ground marketing, or B2B/B2C Field sales , with strong interpersonal skills and a goal-oriented mindset. Identify, source, and recruit qualified delivery partners and franchise prospects through field visits, community outreach, and local campaigns. Conduct on-ground drives, events, and door-to-door campaigns to generate leads. Screen and assess candidates based on company criteria and onboarding requirements. Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects to meet weekly and monthly onboarding targets. Collaborate with the operations and franchise teams to ensure smooth onboarding and documentation. Develop partnerships with local agencies, associations, and influencers to expand reach. Track recruitment metrics and submit timely reports. Represent the brand professionally in field activities and local events. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in field recruiting , direct sales , or field marketing (delivery/logistics/franchise experience preferred). Strong communication and persuasive skills, especially in local languages. Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced field environment. Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas. Ability to manage recruitment targets and timelines effectively.
