Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and comprehensive lectures in English literature and language at Pre University/undergraduate levels. Prepare and assess lesson plans, assignments, projects, and exams. Guide students in academic and research-related activities. Participate in academic planning, faculty meetings, and departmental responsibilities. Contribute to curriculum development and continuous quality improvement. Required Qualifications: M.A. in English (Regular mode) – Mandatory NET / SET / Ph.D. in English – Preferred Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at the college level is essential Strong communication skills and subject expertise. Familiarity with modern teaching methods and tools is an advantage. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month Expected hours: No more than 20 per week Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Banglore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Master's (Preferred) Experience: English teaching: 3 years (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 27/05/2025
