Job Description

Urgent Required Production Engineer-Trainee in manufacturing Company for Chakan Pune location.

Required Qualification: Diploma/ BE- Mechanical

Required Experience: 0-2 years (production/fabrication workshop)

Computer skills - MS Office/Auto CAD software/Solid works

Role & responsibilities

Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.
Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs and worker required.
Diagnosing problems in the production and providing recommendations and training.
Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering and production, and sharing knowledge with co-workers.
Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices.
Analysing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement

Preferred candidate profile

Independently determines approach and assigned tasks
Understanding manufacturing processes
Understanding engineering, manufacturing drawing.
Strong problem-solving skills and logical approach
Understand lean manufacturing
Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment
