We are seeking a proactive and well-spoken Telecaller to support our Student Counselling and Training & Placement department. The role involves calling prospective students, guiding them on course options, and assisting in placement coordination. Key Responsibilities: Call and counsel students about courses and career opportunities at NIM Durgapur Follow up with leads and maintain communication records Coordinate with training and placement team for student queries Share updates on upcoming interviews, workshops, and placement drives Requirements: Strong communication in Bengali, Hindi & English Confident, friendly, and student-focused attitude Basic computer and record-keeping skills Prior experience in education or counselling preferred (not mandatory) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Language: Hindi (Required) English (Required) Work Location: In person
