Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Oversee daily site activities and ensure the project is progressing as per schedule.
Implement and monitor construction plans and blueprints.
Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and laborers.
Conduct or oversee surveying to mark reference points, levels, and elevations.
Maintain site records such as daily progress reports (DPR), labor reports, and material records.
Prepare and submit site reports to project managers or senior engineers.
Resolve site-related issues, discrepancies in drawings, or unexpected technical problems.
Communicate site progress and concerns effectively

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials
Time and resource management
Quickly address site issues such as design conflicts, material delays, or execution errors.
AutoCAD

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
2-5 years
of site experience
(Government projects most welcome)
Willing to relocate and adaptable to site changes as per project or company requirements.
