Job Title: Senior .NET Support Developer Location: Noida, India Experience: 8+ Years Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET Support Developer to join our dynamic IT team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application support , Web Forms , C# , SQL , JavaScript , and jQuery . You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing applications, resolving technical issues, and ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Provide L2/L3 application support for .NET-based enterprise applications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Web Forms , C# , SQL Server , and front-end technologies. Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify root causes and implement fixes. Monitor application performance and proactively identify areas for improvement. Create and maintain technical documentation, including support guides and knowledge base articles. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver timely solutions. Support deployment activities and post-deployment validation. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in .NET application support and development . Strong expertise in ASP.NET Web Forms , C# , and SQL Server . Proficient in JavaScript , jQuery , and front-end debugging. Experience with IIS , Windows Services , and application monitoring tools . Solid understanding of SDLC , ITIL processes , and incident/change management . Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with .NET Core , REST APIs , or modern front-end frameworks is a plus. Familiarity with Azure DevOps , JIRA , or similar tools. ITIL certification or equivalent experience in support environments.
