Key Responsibilities:

• User Interface and User Experience Design:

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Develop intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs.

• Product Development Collaboration:

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Participate in all phases of the product development lifecycle, from concept to final implementation.
• Ensure that design solutions align with business goals and technical constraints.

• Design Systems and Guidelines:

• Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency across all products.
• Advocate for and implement design standards that enhance usability and accessibility.

• Data-Driven Design:

• Utilize analytics and user feedback to inform design decisions and iteratively improve user experiences.
• Balance qualitative and quantitative data to create user-centered design solutions.

• Mentorship and Leadership:

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Lead design review sessions and present design solutions to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Education:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.

• Experience:

• 5-7 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful projects and product development skills.
• Experience in designing for both web and mobile platforms.

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience with design systems and user-centered design methodologies.

• Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong time management and project management skills.
