Job Title: Microsoft Support Engineer M365 Copilot & Generative AI

Key Responsibilities:

Provide end-to-end support and operations management for
Generative AI features within Microsoft 365 Copilot
.
Deliver
live demos and technical presentations
to customers showcasing M365 Copilot and other M365 capabilities.
Collaborate with pre-sales and sales teams to support
techno-commercial conversations
, primarily focusing on technical aspects.
Assist in planning and execution of
M365 migration projects
, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
Work with customers to understand their needs and tailor solutions leveraging
Copilot and other M365 tools
.
Continuously learn and go deep into
Microsoft Copilot architecture, integration, and security models
.
Stay updated with Microsofts roadmap for Copilot, AI, and M365 ecosystem.

Key Skills & Experience:

Good experience with
Microsoft 365 administration and support
.
Hands-on knowledge of
M365 Copilot operations and integration
.
Strong understanding of
AI-powered productivity tools
within Microsoft 365.
Excellent communication and presentation skills – ability to deliver demos and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 licensing, especially around
Copilot SKUs
and enterprise deployments.
Exposure to
M365 migration tools and processes
