Job Description

We are hiring for BIM Modeler for Our Client Company for Dhapa, Kolkata Location. Job Title: BIM Modeler Location:- 1002, Eastern Metropolitan Bypass, Mirania Gardens 2, Dhapa, Kolkata, West Bengal 700105 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Job Purpose Creating and maintaining 3D models using BIM software, collaborating with architects, engineers, and other members of the design and construction team, ensuring the models are accurate and meet project requirements, and using the models to identify and resolve loopholes Core Responsibilities Reviewing consultant design drawings & specification Create 3D Model of MEP services and coordinate in Autodesk Navisworks platform Create Revit Generic Family Prepare BOQ/Quantity Take off/Installation Drawings Minimum Qualifications Diploma B.Tech/B.E Technical Skills BIM Software AutoCAD 2D & 3D Modeling Revit MEP Navisworks Data Management Behavioral Skills Problem Solving Skills Teamwork Language Skills English, Bengali and Hindi Mode of Hiring:- Permanent looking for candidates who can join immediately or within 30 days.
