Job Summary:

We are urgently hiring experienced and certified Surgery Medical Coders & QA professionals to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge in Surgery coding and the ability to ensure high-quality, compliant coding in accordance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and assign accurate medical codes for surgical procedures based on operative reports and documentation.
Ensure coding compliance with ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS guidelines.
Conduct quality audits and maintain coding accuracy standards (for QA role).
Collaborate with physicians and team members to resolve coding queries.
Meet productivity and accuracy benchmarks consistently.
Stay updated with current coding trends, payer requirements, and compliance policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum
1.5 years of experience
in Surgery Coding (mandatory).
Must be a
certified coder
(CPC / COC / CCS or equivalent).
Good understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and surgical procedures.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Stable employment history preferred.

Compensation:

Surgery Coder:
Up to 50,000/month
QA:
Up to 1,00,000/month
