Create awareness on quality requirements to the down the level and conduct necessary trainings. Communicate the quality policy to all departments and ensure buy in from department heads Review the quality manuals and highlight any concern areas or deviations to the respective department head Facilitate quality workshops and events to ensure that the policy and processes are understood at the grass- root level Monitor the quality tests in accordance with the Contract. Liaison with Client, Consultants on Quality subject. Facilitate quality audits and ensure adherence to the preset quality standards. Contribute the knowledge management systems through timely archiving of the quality manuals and other relevant knowledge acquired over the course of the project. Preparation of Inspection & Test plans, Method statements for each activities. Identify the potential causes which will affect the quality and ensure necessary preventive actions on those causes. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES Any Engineering Graduation Technical Knowledge Sound knowledge of Planning & MIS Understanding on impact of laws and regulations.
