**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented project coordinator to join our team in the elevator industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management and be proficient in Primavera. This role is for experienced professionals (up to 4 years) who are local to Surat.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Project Planning: Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera, ensuring timely completion of projects.
Coordinate with various departments, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets
Monitoring:Track project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.
Communication:Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Quality assurance: Ensure all project activities comply with industry standards and regulations.
**Qualifications:**
Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
Experience:Open to freshers and those with up to 4 years of experience in project coordination or management.
Skills:Proficiency in Primavera is a must. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
