Job Summary:

We are looking for Production Staff to join our manufacturing team at Neemrana. The role involves supporting day-to-day production operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment.
• Ensure smooth running of the production line with minimal downtime.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain product quality standards.
• Handle material loading/unloading, labeling, and packaging as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area according to GMP standards.
• Report any process deviation or equipment malfunction to the shift in-charge.
• Support preventive maintenance and daily production targets.
• Maintain proper documentation of production activities day to day as per company policy.
• Comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Knowledge of sauce processing
• Knowledge about HACCP/CCP/OPRP.
• Batch Verification and Line Monitoring
• Focus on production target to achieve it on time with best quality FG.
• Maintain FIFO in production Area.
• Investigate problems analyze root causes and define resolutions.
• Cooking/Filling line Operator Activity Monitoring
• RM/PM Verification as per lot
• Coordination with QA and other departments
• Verification of Cleaning and Maintenance production line
• Inventory Management
• Manpower management
• Day to day activities Documentation
• Daily Stock Taking in Inventory Management of process area RM/PM

Key Requirements:

• Education:

  B. Tech Food

• Experience:

  2+ years in FMCG / Food / Beverage / Consumer Products manufacturing preferred.

• Skills:

• Basic knowledge of production processes (Sauce Manufacturing) and machinery
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow instructions and SOPs
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Good knowledge in EXCEL”
