Develop coordinated layouts with all MEP services for consultant and site execution. Create and update BIM models for mechanical, plumbing, and fire systems as per project standards. Ensure drawings meet client specifications, project timelines, and quality standards. Preferred candidate profile For MEP Consultant Draftsman : Strong proficiency in AutoCAD MEP with experience in drafting plumbing, firefighting, and mechanical layouts. For BIM Modeler : Skilled in Revit and Navisworks with hands-on experience in creating and coordinating BIM models for MEP systems. Candidates with experience in engineering consultancy firms will be given preference.
