About the role Experience with direct OEMs as territory sales manager or regional sales manager in Aftermarket Spare Parts vertical Experience with biggest OEM distributors (MGP, Hyundai, Tata and Mahindra) for PV segment as core spare parts purchaser Connect with top leadership in OEMs to accelerate the business contract closures for bulk purchase Understanding of business levers and metrics i.e. Gross Margin, Trade Margin to pull the deal with OEMs or distributors In depth level knowledge about the right procurement levers i.e. buying pricing, inventory SKUs, lead time etc. Requirements Sharp and dynamic candidates with consistent record of high performance Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in vendor management, bulk procurement preferably in the spare parts auto industry. Inclination to be in-person meetings with suppliers and relationship management (Open for travel) Problem solver with different vendors in accelerated mode What can you expect?
