Job Description

Life Insurance Sales Branch Manager is tasked with leading, motivating, and managing the branch's sales team to meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets. The role involves strategic planning, recruitment, training, and performance management to expand the client base and ensure exceptional customer service, all while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.  Key responsibilities

  • Sales and business development:
    • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth and meet branch targets.
    • Drive the sales of life insurance products by identifying and leveraging both direct and indirect sales channels.
    • Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies to stay competitive.

  • Team leadership and management:
    • Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor a high-performing team of insurance agents and sales staff.
    • Provide coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities to the team.
    • Foster a positive and productive work environment that motivates staff to achieve goals.

  • Customer relationship management:
    • Ensure the branch maintains high standards of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
    • Handle escalated client inquiries and resolve complaints effectively to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and other stakeholders.
