Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of HVAC technicians and installers on-site.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

Manage project schedules and resource allocation to meet deadlines.

Conduct inspections and quality control checks on HVAC installations and repairs.

Provide technical guidance and support to team members, troubleshooting complex issues as needed.

Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure project requirements are met. • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and inventory levels

Train and mentor new employees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Respond to emergency service calls and provide on-call support as required.
