Urgent hiring for Factory Supervisor

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.   
• Assign tasks and manage the daily workload of the production team.   
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.   

• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to production staff.   
• Conduct training and development for employees.   
• Manage personnel issues, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.   
• Conduct performance evaluations and identify career advancement opportunities.   

• Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations and procedures.   
• Conduct safety inspections, identify potential hazards, and implement corrective actions.   
• Oversee the safe use of machinery and schedule regular equipment maintenance.   

• Monitor production output and verify that products meet quality specifications.   
• Identify bottlenecks and implement strategies for continuous process improvement.   
• Collaborate with engineering and quality control departments to resolve technical issues.   

• Monitor and manage raw material and finished goods inventory.   
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely supply of necessary materials.   

• Serve as a liaison between the production floor and senior management.   
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and procurement, to ensure smooth operations. 

Experience: 2 to 4 years
