Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of data science and advanced analytics projects.
Design, develop, validate, and deploy production-grade ML / AI solutions.
Build scalable models and data pipelines using Python and cloud platforms.
Collaborate with business, engineering, and analytics stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
Apply strong software engineering practices to ensure robust and maintainable code.
Work on Generative AI use cases and advanced modeling initiatives.
Ensure model performance, monitoring, and continuous improvement post-deployment.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members (as applicable).

Preferred Candidate Profile

10+ years of overall experience with 45 years as a Senior Data Scientist.
Strong hands-on expertise in
Python
for data science and ML development.
Proven experience building and deploying
production-grade ML / AI solutions
.
Hands-on exposure to
AWS
(Azure experience is a plus).
Strong background in
Banking / Financial Services
or related analytics domains.
Experience with data pipelines, statistical modeling, and advanced analytics techniques.
Interest or experience in
Generative AI
use cases is highly desirable.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as a
VP-level Individual Contributor
