Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of industrial automation products and strategic product lines across assigned customers and territory.
• Identify and acquire new customers, and grow existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
• Build relationships with end users, panel builders, EPCs, and key accounts, including purchase, engineering, maintenance and project teams.
• Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and technical discussions.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions in coordination with internal technical teams.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, negotiate commercial terms (pricing, delivery, payment), and close orders.
• Achieve sales targets, order-booking objectives, and revenue goals.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• BE/ B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering
• Good communication (verbal/written), analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in teams, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial automation sales or a closely related industrial B2B sales role.
• Strong customer relationship management and business development skills.
• Experience in customer visits, quotation management, commercial negotiation, and order closure.
• Exposure to end users, panel builders, EPCs, and key accounts (preferred).
• Product knowledge: DCS, PLC, SCADA, VFD, HMI, LT/HT Electrical Equipment, Industrial Instrumentation, Industrial Network Switches, IT-OT Integration.
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; fluent English.
• Working knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
