Urgent Hiring - Business Development Executive / Executive - Telecalling / Telesales

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development professional to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce company products/services.
• Generate leads, qualify prospects, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Convince and convert potential clients through effective communication and persuasion.
• Schedule appointments or demos as required.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream (pursuing candidates are not considered).
• MBA freshers can apply.
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages will be an advantage).
• Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality with a passion for sales.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a performance-driven environment.
• Experience in telesales/inside sales/business development is preferred but not mandatory.

Note: This is an office-based role (not a field job).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
