We are urgently hiring for the role of Counsellor who can: Handle incoming student inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails Provide guidance about our courses/services Follow up regularly with leads and close admissions/enrollments Maintain records of interactions and conversions Meet daily/weekly targets Requirements: Strong communication and convincing skills Ability to handle pressure and targets Prior experience in academic counselling or telecalling preferred Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, WhatsApp tools) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
