Upwork Bidder | BDE

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Upwork Bidder to join our IT company & digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in Upwork bidding, with the ability to generate high-quality leads and craft compelling, customized proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork in areas such as SEO, Web Development, and secondary focus on PPC and Social Media Marketing
• Write clear, concise, and tailored proposals to increase conversion rates
• Understand client requirements and align service offerings accordingly
• Maintain consistent communication with potential clients
• Collaborate with the internal team to deliver timely follow-ups and close deals

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Upwork bidding and lead generation
• Strong written communication and proposal writing skills
• Good understanding of SEO and Web Development
• Basic knowledge of PPC, Social Media Marketing, and other digital services
• Ability to meet targets and work independently

Preferred Experience: 2 -4+ year in a similar role
