We are currently looking for a highly organized and experienced Factory Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Aluminium & UPVC Doors and Windows manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will manage production processes, ensure product quality, maintain equipment efficiency, and lead a skilled workforce to meet production targets on time and within budget. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in factory or production management, preferably in aluminium or UPVC door & window manufacturing, is required. Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills are essential for success in this position. Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and production planning tools will be advantageous.
