This role blends content, social media, and influencer marketing — ideal for someone who lives and breathes Instagram, reels, and the world of UPSC aspirants. Key Responsibilities Plan and manage daily content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Telegram, and LinkedIn Write engaging captions, plan reels, run polls, and build meaningful community engagement Identify and collaborate with UPSC influencers: YouTubers, toppers, meme pages, Telegram admins Manage affiliate and barter deals with creators Plan & execute campaigns, giveaways, and topical series Track content performance, follower growth, and campaign ROI Coordinate with the video and ad teams for seamless execution You Should Have 2–4 years experience in social media and influencer marketing Excellent grasp of UPSC/CSE ecosystem, especially the digital landscape Ability to write strong, engaging copy for reels, posts, and stories Prior experience working with creators or EdTech brands is a huge plus Canva + CapCut/VN familiarity preferred Bonus if you’ve ever been a UPSC aspirant or run a content page in the space.
