Job Summary:

We are hiring a professional Upholsterer with 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in sofa making, table cushioning, and other high-quality furniture upholstery tasks. The ideal candidate must have practical expertise in foam fitting, fabric stitching, structural furniture padding, and delivering durable, neat finishing work. This is a skilled position, and only experienced professionals will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upholster sofas, chairs, dining tables, beds, and more with precision
• Perform foam cutting, cushioning, stitching, stapling, and fabric fitting
• Replace webbing, springs, padding, and restore furniture structure
• Work with leather, rexine, velvet, cotton, and other common upholstery fabrics
• Conduct minor frame repairs or reinforcements as required
• Collaborate with carpenters and supervisors to complete custom orders
• Maintain cleanliness, tool care, and safety during operations

Required Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of core experience in professional upholstery work
• Strong knowledge of sofa making, table cushioning, and material handling
• Skilled in manual and machine stitching, foam/structure alignment
• Attention to detail and ability to match patterns, seams, and edges perfectly
• Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining high craftsmanship standards
• Physically fit and able to handle heavy furniture and long working hours

Not Eligible:

• No freshers or unskilled workers
• Only apply if you have 5 to 7 years of upholstery experience

Tools Knowledge:

• Industrial sewing machine
• Foam cutters and hot knives
• Pneumatic staple guns
• Hand tools (hammer, pliers, screwdrivers, etc.)

Work Location:

Sector 99, Gurugram, Haryana
Workshop-based job. Daily attendance required.

Pay: ₹12,899.00 - ₹34,999.00 per month
