Unstructured Data Management

As an Unstructured Data Management professional at our Client, you will play a crucial role in creating advanced data management guidelines for managing and governing unstructured data at an enterprise level. Your responsibilities will include driving the adoption of Unstructured Data Management guidelines across business units and global functions, articulating the value of managing unstructured data governance to key stakeholders, identifying functional requirements for designing the technology stack, and establishing enterprise guidelines for building a semantic layer. **Role Overview:** In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the strategy and implementation of unstructured data governance within the organization. Your expertise will be pivotal in driving the maturity of the enterprise and laying a strong foundation for GenAI use cases. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive adoption of Unstructured Data Management guidelines across business units and global functions - Articulate the value of managing unstructured data governance to key stakeholders - Identify functional requirements for designing the technology stack for governing unstructured data at an enterprise level - Establish enterprise guidelines for building a semantic layer for managing unstructured data **Qualifications Required:** - Graduate or Post-graduate in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related area. MBA in Data, Analytics, Systems, Strategy preferred - Proficiency in English - Subject Matter Expert for Unstructured Data Governance with the ability to drive thought leadership - Strong experience in implementation of Metadata Management, Data Governance & Data Quality capabilities relevant to unstructured data management - Understanding of evolving trends in the AI industry and their implications for unstructured data governance - Familiarity with key tools and technologies for processing unstructured data - Knowledge of leveraging GenAI/AI for unstructured data governance processes - Understanding of regulatory implications on unstructured data governance - Experience in Pharma/Life Sciences relevant GenAI use cases and unstructured data governance is a plus - Understanding of GenAI/AI pipelines and models - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a global IT services company that is at the forefront of digital engineering and IT services.
