Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Provide BAU support for the banks Infrastructure.
  • Provide BAU support for AIX and Linux environments.
  • Manage system performance, patching, and updates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Unix servers and environments.
  • Support Oracle Database operations running on Unix platforms.
  • Work with IBM servers and related hardware infrastructure.
  • Maintain and support storage solutions, including SAN environments.
  • Collaborate with database, network, and application teams.
  • Document configurations, changes, and incident resolutions.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of working experience in AIX or Linux environments.

  • Knowledge of AIX, Linux, Server operating systems.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
