Role & responsibilities

Were looking for a Social Media Intern who can help us tell our story - one that celebrates our people, values, and the work we do. Youll play a key role in shaping how our culture is perceived online, especially on LinkedIn. From spotlighting team achievements to sharing behind-the-scenes moments, your content will help attract like-minded talent and build trust with clients and partners.

Create and publish engaging LinkedIn content that reflects our team spirit and values
Share industry trends and insights that align with our mission
Highlight employee stories, milestones, and company culture initiatives
Support the online voice of the company and its leadership
Suggest creative formats and strategies to showcase our workplace culture
Track engagement and optimize content based on performance
Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity

Preferred candidate profile

Strong writing and communication skills
Familiarity with LinkedIn and tools like Canva, and AI tools
Understanding of employer branding and cultural storytelling
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
