University Sales Manager

Job Title: University Representative India Location: India. Preferably Kolkata or Bangalore

Reports to: International Network Department, Bangkok University

Job Purpose:

To represent Bangkok University in India, promote its undergraduate and postgraduate programs, and drive student recruitment for direct application and through local partnerships, outreach, and support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote Bangkok University’s programs through school/university visits, education fairs, online events, and partner engagement.
• Develop and manage relationships with education agents, high school counsellors, and other local stakeholders.
• Conduct information sessions, webinars, and interviews with prospective students and parents.
• Provide accurate information about admission requirements, visa procedures, scholarships, and student life.
• Support applicants through the enrollment journey, from application to arrival in Thailand.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports on activities, leads, and student conversions.
• Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and suggest recruitment strategies.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned, including supporting efforts to identify and recruit new academic staff for Bangkok University.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in student recruitment, education marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong local network within the education sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and local language (e.g., Hindi).
• Able to travel within India and occasionally to Thailand.

Noted: Travelling expenses are not included in the basic salary. A monthly operation plan and budget expenses plan must be submitted in advance. Local sales staff are required to submit a monthly expense claim form with original receipts to request reimbursement.

Travelling expenses budget are allocated 216,000 THB from August 2025 – July 2026. The estimated monthly expense is 18,000 THB per month; this amount is not fixed and may vary as appropriate under total budget. Traveling expenses means as below:
