Safety Management: Ensuring all workers and the general public are safe on site by implementing safety protocols, conducting inspections, and addressing potential hazards. Team Leadership: Supervising and motivating construction workers and subcontractors, providing guidance, and addressing any issues that arise. Quality Control: Inspecting work in progress to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications. Communication: Maintaining clear and effective communication with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of project progress, safety incidents, and other relevant information. Budget Management: Monitoring project costs and ensuring that projects are completed within budget. Compliance: Ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
