Unity Developer

Role Overview: As a Unity Developer at Deftsoft, you will be responsible for developing interactive 2D/3D applications and games using Unity and C#. You will collaborate with designers, artists, and other developers to implement game functionality and optimize game/application performance across various platforms. Your role will involve debugging and fixing bugs, integrating third-party SDKs and APIs, and staying updated on the latest Unity features and best practices. Additionally, you will contribute to the development pipeline and workflows to improve team efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Develop interactive 2D/3D applications and games using Unity and C#. - Collaborate with designers, artists, and other developers to implement game functionality and translate design ideas into functional game features. - Optimize game/application performance across various platforms. - Debug and fix bugs, performance issues, and compatibility challenges. - Integrate third-party SDKs, APIs, and tools as required. - Stay updated on the latest Unity features and best practices. - Contribute to the development pipeline and workflows to improve team efficiency. Qualifications Required: - Basic knowledge of Unity 3D/2D and C#. - Understanding of game/app development workflows and object-oriented programming. - Familiarity with Unity UI system, prefabs, and asset management. - Basic knowledge of colliders, physics, and animations in Unity. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug Unity projects. - Knowledge of AR/VR development. - Exposure to Shader programming, ScriptableObjects, and Unity Addressables. - Familiarity with version control tools such as Git and SVN.
