Unity Developer

Role Overview: As a Unity Developer in Mumbai, you will be expected to leverage your expertise in Unity development with a focus on WebGL and multiplayer systems. Your primary responsibilities will involve developing and maintaining games using Unity 3D and C#, implementing game features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, debugging issues, and contributing to AR/VR and AI-based gameplay elements. You will also be instrumental in building multiplayer games using Photon and supporting migration or refactoring of existing logic. Key Responsibilities: - Work on Unity-based development for WebGL and mobile builds - Develop and maintain games using Unity 3D and C# - Implement game features such as UI, animation, and basic game physics - Integrate and optimize gameplay logic for interactive zones - Collaborate with UI/UX and backend teams for incorporating RESTful APIs, authentication layers, and real-time data syncing - Debug issues across devices and browsers - Contribute to AR/VR and AI-based gameplay elements - Build multiplayer games using Photon - Assist in migrating or refactoring existing logic to support new UI frameworks Qualifications Required: - Experience with multiplayer or mobile games - Proficiency in Unity 2020+ with C# scripting - Hands-on experience with Unity WebGL and memory optimization - Familiarity with Photon PUN or Fusion for multiplayer handling - Proficiency in integrating 3rd-party plugins - Solid understanding of object pooling, performance profiling, and scene management - Experience building UI with Unity UI Toolkit or Canvas - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field - Familiarity with Unity Cloud Build, Addressables, and asset streaming - Working knowledge of backend API integration and JWT-based authentication flows - Exposure to metaverse or avatar-based systems such as Ready Player Me Note: By joining this team, you will have the opportunity to work on a groundbreaking metaverse project in the telecom and other industries, collaborate with an award-winning creative tech company, and lead innovation in Web3.0-style browser environments.
