Job Description – 3D Virtual Tour & Interactive Web Developer Position: 3D Virtual Tour Developer Location: Gurgaon / Hybrid Company: Beyond Bound Technologies LLP Employment Type: Full-time About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled 3D Virtual Tour & Interactive Web Developer to build immersive 3D/360° experiences, virtual walkthroughs, and interactive environments for web platforms. You will be responsible for integrating 360° panoramas, glTF 3D models, and interactive UI elements into smooth, high-quality experiences that run across browsers and devices. This role requires strong technical skills in 3D web technologies, performance optimization, and user-friendly interface development. Key Responsibilities 1. Virtual Tour DevelopmentBuild interactive 360° panoramic tours with hotspots, transitions, and UI overlays. Create immersive walkthrough experiences for rooms, halls, and outdoor areas. 2. 3D Model Integration Import and render glTF/glb models in web environments. Set up lighting, materials, controls (pan/orbit/zoom), and scene navigation. Optimize models and textures for fast loading and smooth performance. 3. Web-Based 3D Interface Development Develop 3D interactive components using Three.js, WebGL, Babylon.js, or react-three-fiber. Build features like info hotspots, measurements, path navigation, and preset views. Integrate 3D components with frontend UI (React/HTML/JS). Performance Optimization Reduce file sizes, optimize textures, compress assets. Ensure smooth performance on desktop and mobile browsers. Implement LOD and efficient scene loading. 5. Collaboration & Documentation Work with designers, 3D artists, and product managers. Ensure consistency in visual quality and user experience. Prepare documentation, technical notes, and update logs. Required Skills & Experience Technical SkillsStrong experience with Three.js / WebGL / Babylon.js / R3F Experience building 360° virtual tours Proficiency with glTF / glb models Understanding of PBR materials, lighting, and UV workflows Knowledge of web performance optimization for 3D Experience with hotspots, camera controls, and custom interactions Bonus Skills Experience with WebXR or AR integration Familiarity with Matterport / Coohom / KRpano / Marzipano Basic knowledge of UI/UX for interactive applications Soft Skills Strong problem-solving ability Attention to detail and visual accuracy Good communication and teamwork Ability to manage deadlines and deliver polished work
