Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Business Development Executive (Fresher) to join our dynamic team. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for individuals looking to begin their career in sales and business development within the IP and legal services industry. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and promoting our comprehensive suite of services. Key Responsibilities Generate leads through online research, email campaigns, and professional networking. Identify potential clients across global markets and initiate outreach. Maintain and manage relationships with existing and prospective clients. Explain our services clearly to prospects and understand client requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are accurately fulfilled. Follow up on inquiries, prepare proposals, and track conversions. Maintain CRM records and generate periodic sales reports. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business development. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to manage multiple clients and follow up effectively. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of the patent/IP industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
