At MetLife, we seek to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our customers and our communities. The Global Technology & Operations group (GTO) is a diverse team of engineers, developers, business analysts, claims analysts and project managers with the freedom to create innovative and solutions to address core business challenges with MetLife. This role will work with claimants, physicians, employers, and customers to ensure strict adherence in determining functional abilities. Provides recommendations regarding claimants’ current/potential functional abilities and develops goal-focused return-to-work plans.

Unit Manager – Operations

🏢 Location: Noida

🧑‍💼 Role Type: Individual Contributor

🕓 Shift: American (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM)

💻 Work Mode: Hybrid – Mon/Fri WFH | Tue–Thu WFO

🚗 Transport: Cab facility (Pick-up & Drop)

💰 CTC: Up to ₹21 Lakhs PA + 10% Variable Pay

Qualifications:

• B.Sc Nursing

  with 6+ yrs experience OR

  MBBS

  with 4+ yrs experience OR F

  ellow in Emergency Medicine(FEM)

• Strong

  English communication

  skills (Talent from South India are welcome)
• Prior

  corporate / insurance

  sector experience preferred

• US Healthcare exposure

  is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities (RTH Process):

• Review and summarize

  medical records

• Perform

  medical coding and claim investigations

• Assess and recommend

  functional abilities

  of claimants
• Develop

  goal-focused return-to-work plans
