Job Description

Job Purpose To create engaging, high-quality content that aligns with the company's brand voice and objectives, driving audience engagement and supporting recruitment marketing, employer branding and communication strategies. This role focuses on developing creative and impactful written materials for digital platforms, campaigns and other related communication. Duties and Responsibilities 1.Content Development oCreate compelling and original content including articles, social media posts, blogs etc. oEnsure all content aligns with the companys branding guidelines and tone of voice. 2.Research and Ideation oResearch industry trends and audience preferences and benchmark competitor strategies to create relevant content. oGenerate creative ideas for storytelling and campaigns that enhance audience engagement. 3.Content Strategy oCollaborate with marketing and branding teams to develop and execute content strategies for Employer Branding campaigns. oOptimize content for SEO and ensure best practices in digital marketing. Can write long-form, short-form, creative copies and other content copies as per the requirements. 4.Editing and Proofreading oReview and refine content to ensure grammatical accuracy, coherence, and consistency. oEnsure content adheres to copyright and data protection standards. 5.Analytics and Performance Tracking oUse analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of content. oContinuously refine content strategies based on performance data. 6.Collaboration oWork closely with designers, internal teams and agencies to create integrated campaigns. oSupport employer branding efforts by writing employee stories, testimonials and thought-leadership articles. Key Decisions / Dimensions Following decisions are taken by the role: ‚ Selecting topics and angles that resonate with the target audience. ‚ Choosing the appropriate tone and format for content delivery. ‚ Prioritizing content pieces based on business goals and deadlines. ‚ Implementing feedback from multiple stakeholders while maintaining creative integrity. Major Challenges ‚ Balancing creativity with business objectives and timelines. ‚ Keeping up with fast-changing industry trends. ‚ Ensuring high-quality content output despite tight deadlines. ‚ Addressing diverse audience needs across different channels and formats. Required Qualifications and Experience a)Qualifications ‚ Bachelors degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field. ‚ 2"“5 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or a similar role. b)Work Experience Technical Skills Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress). Knowledge of SEO principles and tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs. Familiarity with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus. Know how to use SM management tools like Hootsuite, Sprinklr and others. Soft Skills Strong storytelling and creative writing skills. Excellent grammar and proofreading abilities. Ability to adapt writing style to different audiences and formats. Strong research and analytical skills.
