Unisex hairdresser

We are seeking a skilled and creative Unisex Hairdresser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in providing a wide range of hair services to both men and women, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments. A friendly attitude, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide haircuts, trims, and styling for men, women, and children
• Perform hair coloring, highlights, balayage, and other color services
• Offer hair treatments including conditioning, keratin, and scalp treatments
• Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend appropriate services
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the salon and work area
• Stay updated with current hair trends, styles, and techniques
• Promote and upsell salon products and services
• Manage appointment scheduling
• Maintain client records and preferences

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a unisex hairdresser or stylist
• Professional training or certification in cosmetology/hairdressing
• Strong knowledge of different hair types and cutting techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and evenings

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with textured/curly hair
• Beard grooming and shaving services
