Unisex Hair Dresser

Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and experienced Unisex Hair Dresser to provide a wide range of hair styling and grooming services for both men and women. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, creativity, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Provide haircuts, trims, and styling for male and female clients according to their preferences Perform hair treatments such as coloring, highlights, smoothening, straightening, keratin, and hair spa Recommend hairstyles and products based on client needs, hair types, and trends Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all tools, equipment, and the salon area Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products Handle client consultations to understand expectations and offer professional advice Manage appointments, walk-ins, and maintain a friendly, welcoming salon environment Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and build long-term client relationships Upsell salon products and services when appropriate Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Unisex Hair Dresser or Hair Stylist (2+ years preferred) Proficient in men's and women’s haircuts, coloring, and treatments Knowledge of hair care products, tools, and equipment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good sense of style, grooming, and attention to detail Time management and the ability to handle multiple clients Preferred Qualifications: Certification or diploma in cosmetology or hair styling from a recognized institution Experience working in salons, spas, or beauty parlors Knowledge of basic skin care and grooming services is a plus (e.g., threading, shaving) Work Schedule: Full-time / Part-time Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays Flexible hours based on client appointments and salon timings
