Job Description You’ll be a proactive, results-driven Business Development Executive tasked with expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. With 2–3 years of experience, you'll target new business opportunities, nurture relationships, deliver persuasive pitches, and close deals. Your strategic vision, communication skills, and industry insight will be vital to helping our company achieve its sales and growth objectives. Key Responsibilities Market Research & Opportunity Identification Conduct detailed research into industry trends, competitor activities, and potential clients to spot new leads and opportunities. Lead Generation & Pipeline Management Generate and track leads through cold-calling, email outreach, networking, events, and referrals; maintain a healthy sales pipeline to support consistent revenue growth. Client Engagement & Relationship Building Develop and maintain strong relationships with both potential and existing clients; understand their needs and propose tailored solutions. Proposal Creation & Sales Presentations Prepare compelling proposals and deliver persuasive presentations that align with client objectives and business goals. Contract Negotiation & Deal Closure Lead negotiations to finalise contracts, terms, and pricing; close deals while ensuring client satisfaction and mutual benefit. Cross‑functional Collaboration Partner with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align business strategies and support client solutions effectively. Reporting & Performance Analysis Track KPIs—such as number of leads, closed deals, and revenue—and provide updates and insights to management. Market Trend Monitoring Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform strategy. Event Representation & Networking Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads and reinforce brand presence. Strategic Planning & Execution Assist in formulating and implementing business development plans aimed at achieving revenue and market growth targets.
