Job Description: Lead our institutional outreach strategy: identify, engage, and close MOUs with 20–30 colleges per month. Connect with decision-makers, articulate the value of collaboration, negotiate agreements, and ensure seamless implementation through internal coordination. Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with colleges and universities. Develop customized academic partnership proposals. Drive MoU negotiations to closure. Manage internal delivery and compliance. Monitor metrics and deliver regular progress reports. Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s (MBA preferred). 3–8 years in academic partnerships, EdTech, skilling or related roles. Existing network with higher education stakeholders. Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Track record of delivering partnership targets. Skills: MoU drafting and execution. Proposal development. CRM and pipeline management. Collaborative and analytical mindset.
