Underwriting support Executive

As an Underwriting Support Executive in our company, your role will be to provide administrative and operational support to the underwriting team. Your responsibilities include: - Assisting underwriters in collecting and organizing proposal forms, declarations, and required documents from agents or clients. - Entering application and client information into underwriting systems with accuracy and completeness. - Coordinating with sales, operations, and clients to obtain missing or additional information. - Following up on pending proposals or documents to ensure smooth underwriting flow. - Preparing underwriting case files and documentation for risk evaluation. - Generating reports, maintaining underwriting logs, and updating databases regularly. - Performing preliminary checks on submitted applications for completeness and compliance. - Supporting in tracking policy issuance status and communicating updates to concerned teams. - Ensuring adherence to underwriting guidelines, regulatory norms, and company standards. - Handling basic correspondence related to underwriting tasks.
