Role Summary We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Sales and Marketing to lead and expand our national and international sales efforts. This leadership role involves defining growth strategy, developing key customer relationships, building a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue through both direct and channel-based models. Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategy to drive revenue growth across domestic and international markets. Identify and acquire new clients in core industries such as infrastructure, railways, shipbuilding, fabrication, and defense. Lead and manage the sales team—including hiring, mentoring, and performance tracking. Build strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with production, R&D, and marketing to tailor solutions that meet customer needs. Forecast sales targets and prepare budgets, tracking performance against defined KPIs. Develop distribution and channel partner strategies for regional and national expansion. Negotiate contracts and pricing while ensuring profitability and long-term engagement. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer insights to refine strategy. Represent Ultramet Welds at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings. Ensure CRM systems and sales processes are effectively implemented and updated. Prepare regular sales reports for senior leadership and advise on business opportunities.
