UK Voice Support

As a UK Voice Support representative located at Infopark, Kochi, your primary responsibility will be to provide customer support over the phone in English. You will be interacting with customers using your excellent English fluency, both verbal and written, to address their queries and concerns effectively. This role is suitable for freshers who have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. The working hours for this position are during night shifts, and you must be willing to adapt to changing schedules as required. While working, you will have the support of your team, but you should also be capable of working independently when needed. In addition to your base salary of Rs.17000/- per month, you will have the opportunity to earn bonuses of up to Rs. 5000/- per month based on your performance. You will also be eligible for benefits such as Employee State Insurance (ESI), Provident Fund, and health insurance. As part of this role, you will be provided with pick up and drop cab facility.
