Role & Responsibilities

Handling
Inbound customer calls
for UK clients.
Managing travel-related queries and providing accurate information.
International Voice Process – UK shift timings.
Preparing basic itineraries, quotations & responding to customer enquiries.
Maintaining accurate records in CRM and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand customer needs.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Handling queries related to travel, hotels, tours, and general holiday information.
Providing professional and friendly customer service at all times.

Preferred Candidate Profile

MUST be able to
speak Punjabi fluently
along with good English communication.
Should have
good worldwide geographical / destination knowledge
.
Comfortable handling inbound & outbound calls.
Good command of English grammar, verbal & written communication.
Familiar with CRM systems; ability to work in rotational shifts/week.
Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic travel environment.
Calm, patient, and efficient in handling customer situations.
Target-oriented and motivated to achieve performance goals.
