UK Student Visa Counsellor

We are looking for a skilled and experienced UK Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of UK admissions, visa processes, and student case handling from application to pre-departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Admission & Application Handling

Guide students on UK universities, courses, entry requirements, and application timelines. Handle UCAS and direct university applications. Follow up on applications and act as an Offer Chaser to ensure timely updates. Coordinate with universities for fee payment, offer acceptance, and required documents. Schedule interviews for students as per university requirements. Manage the CAS Application process efficiently.

• Visa Process

Complete end-to-end UK Student Visa filing (PBS / Tier 4 Student Visa). Understand UK Visa requirements, document checklist, and financial requirements. Guide students in preparing funds, SOPs, and supporting documents.

• Student Support & Coordination

Counsel students and parents throughout the process. Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups. Provide pre-departure guidance and assist with accommodation options (if required).

• Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a UK Counselor (preferred). Strong understanding of the UK education system, visa norms, and CAS process. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple student profiles efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
