Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a UK Counselor. The UK Counselor will be responsible for guiding students through the entire UK education admission process. This includes providing information on universities, courses, and eligibility criteria, assisting with application submissions, advising on visa processes and requirements, and addressing student queries effectively. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with educational institutions and ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for each applicant.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the UK education system, including universities, courses, and admission requirements
• Proficiency in counseling, advisory services, and building rapport with clients
• Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal, for both students and stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation capabilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and educational institutions
• Familiarity with visa processes and guidelines (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, or a related field is advantageous
