UI/UX Engineer

We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Engineer with 1 to 4 years of experience to join our team. As the UI/UX Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces that provide an exceptional user experience. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and user-friendly designs that meet both our business objectives and user requirements. Your key responsibilities will include UI/UX design tasks such as developing wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts. You will be designing visually appealing user interfaces with a strong emphasis on usability and functionality. Additionally, you will conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback, analyze user behavior, and refine designs to enhance the overall user experience. Collaboration is a crucial aspect of this role, as you will closely work with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement creative solutions. It will be essential to ensure that your designs are technically viable and align with the business goals. You will also be responsible for translating design ideas into functional, responsive, and interactive front-end components while maintaining consistency in UI design and adhering to industry best practices. Proficiency in HTML, Bootstrap, tailwind, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with front-end frameworks like ReactJS, Angular, or Vue.js are required technical skills. Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software is essential. A solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, accessibility standards like WCAG, and usability best practices is also necessary. In addition to technical skills, soft skills such as excellent problem-solving abilities, effective communication, the capability to work both independently and collaboratively, attention to detail, and a dedication to creating user-centric designs are highly valued traits. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of motion design and web interface animation, experience with user testing platforms or analytics tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar, and a basic understanding of backend technologies to facilitate effective collaboration with developers.
