UI/UX Developer/Designer

**Role Overview:** You are required for a remote opportunity with Uplers" client - A revolutionary Fintech company. As a UI/UX Designer, your role involves gathering and evaluating user requirements, defining and embedding UI/UX processes, developing wireframes and prototypes, designing user interface elements, troubleshooting UX issues, and supporting the migration to web-based platforms. **Key Responsibilities:** - Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with Product, Development, and Implementation teams. - Define and embed UI/UX processes into the SDLC. - Develop wireframes, storyboards, process flows, and prototypes. - Design and modernize user interface elements. - Build mock-ups and prototypes to illustrate functionality and style. - Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback. - Identify and troubleshoot UX issues. - Conduct user feedback sessions and implement design improvements. - Support the long-term migration to web-based platforms. **Qualification Required:** - Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication. - Experience: 5-10 years in UI/UX design, preferably in enterprise SaaS or FinTech. - Technical: Hands-on experience with React, Blazor, and C#. - Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop. - Approach: Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively. - Attributes: Entrepreneurial, curious, delivery-focused, excellent time management. - Education: BSc in Design, Computer Science, or related field. **About Uplers:** Uplers" goal is to simplify and expedite the hiring process, assisting talents in finding and applying for relevant contractual onsite opportunities to advance their careers.
