UI/UX Developer

Job Description: DoctoSmart is a fast-growing health and education technology company that is revolutionizing how healthcare professionals manage clinical workflows and how medical education is delivered. The company's mission is to develop intuitive and accessible digital platforms to cater to the needs of doctors, clinics, and learners globally. We are currently seeking a talented UI/UX Developer who is creative and detail-oriented. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user-friendly interfaces for our web and mobile platforms. Working closely with product managers, developers, and customers, you will be instrumental in transforming complex ideas into clean, responsive, and delightful user experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows utilizing tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch - Collaborate with developers to create responsive and accessible interfaces (proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JS/React preferred) - Conduct user research and usability testing to gather valuable feedback - Ensure adherence to DoctoSmart's design system and brand identity - Optimize existing UI to enhance performance and user satisfaction Required Skills: - Proficiency in UI/UX tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision - Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (basic React/Angular skills are a plus) - Understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles - Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive interfaces - Attention to detail, creativity, and user empathy Nice to Have: - Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular - Familiarity with design systems and component libraries - Basic knowledge of Git or version control systems - Previous experience in EdTech or HealthTech sectors This is a full-time position with day shift schedule and performance bonus.
